Mr. Robin J. Adams is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of BorgWarner Inc. He also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors and on the Supervisory Board of Beru AG.

Prior to joining BorgWarner in April 2004, Mr. Adams was Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at American Axle and Manufacturing, Inc. He was previously with BorgWarner for 13 years where he served as Vice President and Treasurer.

Mr. Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Park University in Chicago, a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
