Daniel J. CasaSanta was named President of TorqTransfer Systems and Vice President of BorgWarner Inc. in June 2008. Dan is also a member of the BorgWarner Executive Council and Strategy Board. He was Vice President and General Manager of Thermal Systems since 2003, where he had successfully grown the business segment in sales and profitability.

Prior to BorgWarner, Dan held a variety of operations positions at Eaton Fluid Power, including an assignment in Brazil. He has also worked for TRW and with GM-Delphi in a variety of leadership positions.

Dan has his Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and has participated in executive education programs at Harvard and University of Michigan.
