Angela D'Aversa is Vice President of Human Resources for BorgWarner Inc.

Prior to being named Vice President of Human Resources in 2004, D'Aversa served as Director of Organization and Management Development. D'Aversa joined the company in 1982 and served in progressively more responsible positions in human resources.

A native New Yorker, Ms. D'Aversa has a BA from Georgian Court College, a MA degree from Northern Illinois University and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
