Mr. Glaske was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from April 1992 until his retirement in October 1999 of Blue Bird Corporation, a leading manufacturer of school buses, motor homes and a variety of other vehicles. Mr. Glaske is also a director of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P.
