| Employees Donated $105,000 to Local Charities in 2007

| Seventeen BorgWarner facilities earned Safety or Chairman's Awards in 2007 for achieving one year or one million hours without a lost time incident, respectively. Employees donated their $5,000 or $10,000 award to local charities, including the Seongyook Children’s Welfare Center in Korea, Special Olympics and the Alzheimer’s Society in Canada, a kindergarten and zoo in Germany, a charity caring for children infected with HIV in Mexico, and the American Cancer Society in the U.S.

| Volunteers Clean Up

| 40 BorgWarner employees and their families spent a Saturday painting and cleaning the yard at a "Grace House" in Pontiac, Michigan. The house offers shelter, child care and life skills training for the homeless. BorgWarner also provided breakfast and supplies for all community volunteers.

| BorgWarner Turbo & Emissions Systems in Brazil treated 30 families with children ill with cancer or blood diseases to lunch and the opportunity to meet the winners of the Rally dos Sertoes, the largest off-road race in Latin America.
