Qualifications

Co—ops are engineering students who take at least one semester off from school to work at BorgWarner Morse TEC to apply classroom theory with experience in the work place. Academic majors of interest are Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Metallurgical Engineering.

We look forward to meeting students that have drive, initiative, and a "can—do" attitude. A methodical thought process to problem solving will be beneficial in this position, as is the ability to work independently or in a team setting. Co—ops must possess good analytical and deductive reasoning skills and computer literacy is neccesary.

You are receiving real, hands on knowledge that can be considered full—time experience on any resume. For that reason, we desire hard working, serious students.
