Janice K. McAdams is the Vice President of Human Resources, BorgWarner Inc. Prior to being named Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. McAdams served as Compensation and Benefits Director since joining BorgWarner in 2005. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources in the automotive industry.

 

Immediately prior to BorgWarner, Ms. McAdams was a part of the leadership team at Metaldyne Corp, where she held progressively increasing positions of responsibility, including Director of Compensation and Benefits, Director of Human Resources, and Vice President, Human Resources.

 

Ms. McAdams has an undergraduate degree in International Relations, and a Masters degree in Human Resources, both from Michigan State University.
