Position Summary

Be responsible for maintenance, repairing and continuous improvement of production equipment and to ensure its normal and reliable running.

Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for production line maintenance and support on site.
  • Be responsible for supporting new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track.
  • Be responsible for making monthly and annual budget for assigned production line.
  • Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (Availability & MTTR & MTBF & OEE).
  • Analyze the root cause of equipment down time and figure out related action plan to achieve KPI target.
  • Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment TPM documents, LOTO SOP, failure analysis report, etc.
  • Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting, compile related training plan.
  • Attend daily morning fast response meeting on site.
  • Implement correction action for inconformity findings of internal & external audit.
  • Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance.
  • Complete other work assigned by manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above majored in automation or mechanical-electrical.
  • At least 5 years’ experience on production line (especially automation equipment) maintenance.
  • Strong ability on trouble shooting and commissioning.
  • Good skill and knowledge on electrical, PLC, motor and sensors and machine vision system.
  • Excellent skill on Siemens 1500/1200 PLC programming, commissioning in TIA platform is preferred.
  • Excellent skill on Fanuc/Omron/Yaskawa robot programming, commissioning is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge on TPM process.
  • Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in Full-automation line maintenance, automotive components assemble line is preferred.
