We focus on developing leading powertrain technologies that improve fuel economy, emissions and performance, including turbochargers, automated transmission clutch components and systems, timing chains and variable cam timing systems and we are now the leader in the production of these devices in Europe. Our modern facilities and Research & Development Center are located just outside Jasionka Airport in Rzeszów, in Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park and supply products for various customers, including Fiat/GM, Ford, Audi, Volkswagen or Jaguar.

Currently we are seeking ambitious, keen on challenges candidates for the following position:

NVH Engineer


  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
  • 2+ years of professional experience in acoustic and vibration field will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of technical acoustics and vibration
  • Knowledge in the area of acoustic measurement technology and frequency analysis
  • Advanced English skills
  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Driving license
  • Travel preparedness (missions <2 weeks)


  • Internal and external customer support with regard to acoustic, vibration and rotordynamic questions
  • Measurement analyzes of exhaust gas turbochargers with regard to acoustic, vibration and rotordynamic behawior
  • Acoustic and rotordynamic system optimization in cooperation with other departments
  • Test driving and subjective assessment of acoustics and vibration
  • Ensuring an optimal test set-up with regard to the requirements of the customer (internal or external customers)
  • Timely evaluation of analysis results and their communication
  • Audits and reviews of project requirements
  • Definition, validation and approval of project-specific and general limits with regard to acoustics and rotational dynamics
  • Support for complex questions in the field of balancing within BorgWarner
  • Advanced and new development of acoustic and rotordynamic analytical methods
  • Management of subprojects in the described area possible
