- Responsible for the Account’s customers like GM, RSM, SYMC and one or more tier 1 customers
- Supports sales staff in RFQ, Contract Management and LRP.


  • Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.
  • Coordinates prototypes orders/collections.
  • Customer change systems management.
  • Sales tracking systems/QS 9000 support.
  • Customer performance tracking (Quality, Delivery, Warranty).
  • Account Manager support for production releases and request for quote information.
  • Provides input in the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
  • Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.
  • Customer event planning.
  • Prepare and attend internal Audits and Sox Audits. Manage workflows and internal Sales related programs.
  • Develops sales forecasts for use in the LRP and monitors market trends throughout the year for use in monthly forecast adjustments.
  • Health & Safety : Responsible for completing required safety training, reporting and correcting any unsafe practices as appropriate, completing work activities in a safe manner, and complying with safety and health requirements for respective position.
