Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1. Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with customer
2. Customer order receive / follow-up / close;
? Effective communication with customers to ensure that every change in their daily supply schedule is properly understood and studied. Also at the same time effectively communicate with the customers if we can or can not meet the changes.
? Effectively understand customer schedule variations based on the past data & predict future trend, Monthly Sales analyze & Report if customer forecasts are in line with general business plan or not – Monthly
3. Implement process to create alarms to management in cases of abnormal changes in the customer forecasts potentially affecting capacity, material pipeline –shortages, excess and / or obsolete; identify well in advance situations when capacity becomes constraint to achieve given forecast
4. Support new project phase in / out:
? Ensure effective planning of Project phase in / out and new launches, and Work with Project Manager closely to understand time table and exact customer requirements.
? Samples contain Creating sample production order, arrange samples shipment and invoice tracking.
5. Ensure that any such situations where in customer demand can not be met, due to changes initiated by customer & Internal (including ECN, Model Changes or New Launches), the situation is immediately brought to the notice of higher management and internal functional department until the final resolution is arrived.
6. Effectively monitor shipping window, such that any potential miss, that could cause customer disruption is immediately identified, and calculate shipping window in such a way that it truly reflects customer delivery expectations.
7. Responsible to resolve all such delivery issues and ensure 100% ship window compliance.
8. Ensure SAP delivery timing and especially ensure month-end invoice 100%  accuracy.
9. Responsible for 9599 inventory checking.
10.Customer Current Year Monthly Capacity Survey for SOP Program. Convert customer P/N to MTC P/N & demand, coordinate with related dept. and feedback final capacity reply to customers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree above;
  • 1+ years working experience in order processing or similar position;
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Familiar with SAP/MRPII theory;
  • Good communication skill and problem solving skill;
  • Responsible, action oriented, drive for results;
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills;
