Job Summary:

The contract Finance Clerk position performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the finance and accounting team for the Company’s Noblesville Technical Center located in Noblesville, Indiana.  This position reports to the Finance Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for accurately filing accounting records using the following methods:
    • File in the appropriate document files;
    • Copying and / or scanning accounting records.
  • Assisting team members in AR/AP, Financial Analysis, and GL Closing type activities.
  • Performs other clerical duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma required
  • 1+ year experience in an office setting
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
