Facilities Technician - Contract

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a Facilities Technician to fulfill a contract position at our Noblesville Technical Center (NTC) in Noblesville, Indiana.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set up/monitor vendor relationships
    • Food, Beverages, Ice, etc.
    • Janitorial Services
    • Equipment management
    • Office related
    • Etc.
  • Coordinate vendor preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate/communicate with janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal vendors for additional/remedial services
  • Complete minor plumbing repairs
  • Install white boards and other sundries
  • Replace light bulbs
  • Move furniture & office equipment on regular basis
  • Move delivered materials to storage locations
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Coordinate snow removal
  • Coordinate/communicate with janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal vendors for additional/remedial services
  • Additional duties as necessary

Requirements & Experience:

  • High School Education
  • Computer savvy – able to use Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word and other basic computer programs
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Vendor management experience strongly preferred
  • Facilities maintenance experience preferred
