Key Accountabilities

  • Function as a talent advisor and expert in leading Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.
  • Liaise the consistent learning and development processes and talent programs while supporting the execution of local customization in support of a high-performing culture.
  • Diagnose the requirements of learning and talent acquisition throughout PDS Beijing plant and figure out the best solutions to meet the needs, optimize HR policies or processes if necessary.
  • Leverage internal and external resource to provide quality learning and talent acquisition programs; develop effective procedures and tools.
  • Based on business goals and needs, formulate and implement annual master training and hiring plan, and manage the cost at the company level.
  • Execute learning and development strategy, deliver and facilitate live or virtual learning programs that help to improve the effectiveness of talent development and organizational capability.
  • Develop and implement metrics/measures to monitor the effectiveness and business impact of learning initiatives, redesign and refresh programs through appropriate maintenance cycles.
  • Analyze talent supply and demand trends and drive the development of effective talent acquisition strategies;
  • Lead annual hiring plan, maintain high efficiency and effectiveness of daily recruitment operations.
  • Build strategic talent pipelines through internal and external resources; partner with other functions in order to attract and hire talent that will help to contribute to the organization.
  • Ready to cross support HR projects.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, psychology, etc.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in MNC is required (learning or talent management), manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Ability to develop clear and compelling messaging and resources for managers, employees, and HR peers.
  • Proven strengths in instructional design, facilitation, project management and consulting skills.
  • Must be self-starter, thrive on challenging assignments and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Be creative and able to influence people.
  • Preferred certifications in Myer Briggs Type Indicator, Lominger Leadership Architect, Multi-rater feedback products, DDI programs, and/or other HR-related certifications.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
