Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1.    Salary positions & hourly positions recruiting support & coordination 
2.    Staff cost budgeting, forecasting; LRP draft
3.    HR Scorecard, HR KPI monthly updating and review 
4.    Open & filled positions weekly reporting
5.    BU training needs analysis, training effectiveness assessment
6.    Monthly payroll data submission &checking, and analysis
7.    People activities (promotion, transfer, demotion…etc) follow up
8.    Safety/Environment implementation in BU; 
9.    Assist in handling BU labor disputes
10.    Organize BU specific activities (BU all employees meeting, mgt. off-site meeting, outing, clubs, annual party…etc)
11.    Employee communications
12.    Involve in Internal audit, customer audit activities
13.    Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentations can be reached in TMS system and individual job description
14.    Other HR Administration issues
