- Work for PPAP approval processes and 8D from customer
- Field Claim collection, analysis & report
- Customer periodic inspections
- Other customer request follow up


  • Customer PPAP, 8D review and improvement 
  • Proactively work with Customers to minimize and/or eliminate issues
  • Report Customer PPAP progress/problems to BW team
  • Review and make disposition on Customer PPAP submission
  • Assure PPAP timing remains on time and meets timing objectives
  • Conduct Customer audits of Implemented Corrective Actions Plans
  • Coordinate identification via cross-functional Team approach and ensure Customer conformance to requirements.
  • Field claims collection, analysis and report out
  • Health & Safety : Responsible for completing required safety training, reporting and correcting any unsafe practices as appropriate, completing work activities in a safe manner, and complying with safety and health requirements for respective position.
