Performs compensation & benefits specialist duties in Human Resources department, providing analytical support for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs
The incumbent should understand and applies the principles and practices of the compensation and benefits specialties and will prepare complex reports for management review and considerations

[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES]

  • Primary responsibility within a functional area is the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including the listed area below but not limited to ;
    • Salary planning
    • Incentive and Variable Pay methods
    • Job evaluation
    • Salary structure development
    • Retirement and saving plans
    • Group-term life insurance
  • Manage and plan employment budget/cost, report them as designated timeframe
  • Manage HRIS and some interface with external vendors
  • Responsible for payroll, tax, time & attendance management
  • Responsible for part of general administration as assigned by team RASIC
  • Act as subject matter expert to management and employees for compensation and benefits
  • Recommends policies and procedures to enhance delivery of HR services and develop C&B programs aligned with global guidelines
  • Interface with corporate function to provide input and to ensure consistent application of policies and practices
  • Participate salary surveys and analysis and provide figures with insightful commentary
  • Acts as a catalyst for change while motivating others to support the change.
  • Above all, ensure a safe work environment.
  • Health & Safety : Responsible for completing required safety training, reporting and correcting any unsafe practices as appropriate, completing work activities in a safe manner, and complying with safety and health requirements for respective position.
