Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company within the team;
  • To organize, manage and control production resources for good products with efficient manner
  • Establish disciplined work ethics
  • Periodic reports with variance analysis
  • Training people in safety and quality awareness
  • Lead continuous improvements in quality and efficiency
  • Collect and analysis the production data, such as internal scrap rate, down time and main issues during production. These data should be showed on monthly production meeting.
  • Drive and implement lean manufacturing and continuously improvement activity under cooperation with lean specialist
  • Supervise operator’s performance to meet WI requiring; follow up the shift leaders feedback regarding quality and productivity and supervise the implementation in the production line
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

- To check safety condition on shop floor periodically
- Corrective action for any finding of unsafe points
- Operator education for preventing safety accidents and lessons learn

- Be responsible for site safety, health, security and emergency systems awareness.

- To check daily quality problems and corrective action
- Operator education to promote quality mind
- Involve corrective action for NG parts and route causes finding
- To set up production system to meet TS 16949/ISO 14001 requirement
- To understand SPC and implement appropriately
3.Production Control
- To hold Production/Sales meeting
- To manage production planning on ERP system
- To monitor "Kanban" operation to maintain optimum stock level
- To set daily production plan and operation plan
- To deal with unexpected accident during production

- To do fast response by coordinate to other functional departments
4.Process Control
- To monitor compliance with operation standard and check operating condition and keep record of it
- 5S activities.
- Continuous monitoring of operator license and improvement of implementation
- Education and evaluation of operator license system
- Process improvement activity
5.Labor Management
- Training for foreman to promote leadership
- Periodic counseling with operators
- Team building activities with operators
- To promote good communication between operators
- Manpower planning
- Overtime management
- Monitoring daily machine check sheet keeping by operator
- TPM program management
- MRO parts used on shop management
- To improve maintenance-ability by operators
7.Management by Objective
- Cost reduction target set-up and follow-up
- Balanced score card evaluation and follow-up
- Key Performance Indicator follow-up

8.Any other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required, Major in Mechanical Engineering;
  • 5 Years and more experience in Manufacturing, working experience in multi-national company is a plus, at least 3 years as supervisor, have rich experience in people management
  • Good at Written and Spoken English.
  • Good Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
