Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company
  • Production support, solve the CM EOLT issues related to the tester and the product.
  • Control Model EOLT data handling and analysis, assist Quality to solve the issues from the customers.
  • Control Model EOLT failure mode analysis and modification, improve the FTQ of CM EOLT.
  • Control Model EOLT test process analysis, cycle time reduction, continuous improvement of tester OEE.
  • Control Model EOLT tester measurement system periodic observation and SPC analysis to validate the product parameters.
  • Coordinate with the CM Assembly Engineer to eliminate the product issues related to equipment or process performance.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

    Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering
  • 5+ years working experience of testing in vehicle field
  • Familiar with test facilities including multiple sub systems
  • Strong ability of data handling and analysis
  • Acumen to find the solution when facing issues
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Knowledge of the following is preferred: Transmission, Electricity, Hydraulic, PLC programming (Siemens), OEE, MSA, SPC, FMEA , Labview, DOE
  • Good communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
