KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for creating and maintaining new customers’ information, pricing information etc. in SAP system.

Receiving and analyzing customer forecast or EDI data, creating and releasing it in SAP system.

Coordinating with production, logistic and other departments to meet customer quantity and shipment date requirements.

Tracking the order implement as planned and ensure on time delivery.

Coordinating with customers for shipping plan adjustment in case of unexpected issues, such as: raw material shortage, tool or machines broken, inventory loss and so on.

Data analysis as the baseline to negotiating with customers about demand fluctuation if necessary.

Try best to manage the critical part without extra cost, no matter customer or BorgWarner responsibility.

Collect data and discuss with AMs to advise and track on monthly forecast.

Strong support during LRP period.

Maintain data in Business Warehouse (Turbo sales system).

Manage the documents of contract, enquiry, offer, and delivery records, etc..

Assist in other works required by the manager.

Follow plant environment, occupational health, safety rules and wear personal protection equipment.

Ensure GSSF&TRIR/LTCR reach yearly target.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree above

More than 3 years working experience in order processing or similar

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Be familiar with SAP System.
