BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator at our Noblesville, Indiana operations.

In this role, and under direct supervision of the PC&L Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the Shipping and Receiving of material.

Key Accountabilities:

• Loading and unloading material on trailers
• Create shipping documents
• Custom clearing
• Schedule of freight forwards and parcel service
• Investigate and reconcile cycle count variances
• Receives and/or ships material or product for the plant
• Checks against purchase orders and distributes
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring safety stock and cycle counting
• Assist with accounting requests and needs
• Must work well in a team environment
• Familiar with Pull System
• Ability to lift 45lbs
• Maintain a SAFETY-FIRST focus for all actions and behaviors
• Works under limited supervision
• Pull material on-demand and prepare for builds

Qualifications & Experience:

• Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior shipping/receiving experience required
• Computer literate
• Minimum one (1) year forklift experience required on both stand up & sit-down models
• Ability to successfully pass BorgWarner low-level, hi-lo and stacker power industrial truck license exam
• Experience with SAP system preferred
