POSITION SUMMARY
The position is located in Auburn Hills, MI reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources. The Global Human Resources Manager & Communication Lead serves as an advisor to global functional leadership on all people strategy related matters.We are looking for a strong HR Manager to provide proactive solutions to assigned global leaders and the related employee groups. You have experience developing strong partnerships and have implemented appropriate organizational change initiatives. In addition, as our Business Units' Internal Communication Lead, you will lead, develop and execute against a tiered internal communications strategy.As a team, we are curious and love people. Our environment is fast-paced, and we lead various dynamic assignments. We strive to build opportunities for improvement in partnerships and business processes. We remain objective and positive as well as coach, guide and lead others.
