Supplier Capacity Business Analyst

  • Ensure that supplier capacity is installed at suppliers in AP region serving globally with complex process and supply chain flows (shared capacities for different projects and for different Borgwarner plants)
  • Work with suppliers and Local Accountability teams to ensure flawless ramp-up at supplier for all the programs at Regional and Global level.
  • Conduct regular capacity meetings with SCM GS and LA teams to ensure teams are accountable for their deliverables & timelines; and manage risk escalation and resolution.
  • Own the execution plan within Supply Chain Management Organization, in line with timelines & key dates.
  • Ensure Supplier Capacity Monitoring tool is timely fulfilled according the defined timeline.
  • Manage short and medium term crisis at suppliers in the Region.
  • Ensure Executive level report are in place on monthly basis and material preparation for key customer meetings & Senior Leadership when required.
