Responsibilities:

Customer Claim (0km,  3MIS Warranty)
Receive problem information from call, customer system & initial field  research and collet claim part
Initial response to customer for test result with test car and Rig.
Return claim parts to plant or technical centers for further root cause investigation.
Containment (urgent sorting) activity in customer site either by himself  or 3rd party
Evaluated root cause & Action with Plant quality and Engineer
DPRTS open and close (approve)
Communication with EMS engineering for SW Cal issues.
CSE Present required with 24hr for issue.
Presentation 8D to customer
Warranty Settlement
Analysis warranty returns make the analysis report for customer claim based on diagnostic result of problem and specific liability case and Comex
Dispute unreasonable claim cost with customers
Agreement with customer then issue invoice to plant quality
Customer Approval support.
Submit ISIR/PPAP to customer for new projects, variants and 4M changes in customer system and managing until approval & SOP tracking.
Customer communication window for 4M change between manufacturing plants.
Communication with customer quality for validation & approval of ISIR/PPAP.
Present Program management meeting
Plant quality process improvement.

Advance audit / LSR for new project, performance result of quality issue on sites

Guide customer audit on site.
