• Supervises the logistics area: materials planning, customer service, receipt, shipments, storage (internal logistics), assurance of specific customer requirements
• Responsible for maintaining direct contact with the customer and following up on their needs; In order to establish in conjunction with production and materials planning, the most appropriate manufacturing strategy that guarantees compliance in time and form with customer demand and compliance with inventory level objectives.

• Supervision of raw material planning and that the personnel in charge comply with the applicable safety, hygiene, ergonomics, ecology and environmental provisions.
• Administration and control of customer demand
• Preparation and Communication of the shipment plan to the client.
• Preparation and follow-up close to the fulfillment of production orders.
• Assurance of compliance with the shipping windows.
• Administration and Maintenance of the respective modules in the company's business system (ERP) / Correct data integration
• Billing to clients.
• Delivery score objective assurance with all clients.
• Customer packaging return assurance.
• Appropriate coordination of engineering changes to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintenance of warehouses for both finished product and raw material.
• Compliance with the objectives established in the performance metrics related to the aforementioned tasks.
• Incorporates the tools and principles of standardization, 5S's, TPM, poka-yokes and continuous improvement into their work.
• Recognize staff in charge for safe behaviors and provide feedback for unsafe acts.
• Responsible for the correct follow-up of the protocol of the personnel in charge in case of emergency.
• Actively participate in campaigns, courses, reports of conditions and unsafe acts, tours and drills related to safety, hygiene and the environment.
• Carry out periodic inspection tours of the safety, hygiene and environmental conditions of the area, equipment, tools, PPE and warehouses under their charge.
• Observe compliance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System of the processes it manages.
• Participate as manager of the monitoring of the systems: GSSF, quality management, environmental management, security management and C-TPAT.
