3. Lead customer audit and meet customer requirement successfully.

5. To coordinate change management suggested by customers.
6. To visit/contact with customers and maintain relationships
7. Customer related documents submission.
8. Lead field performance improvement and visit service stations.
9. Support sales team to negotiate warranty refund.
10.Setting quality objectives and related training.
11.Setting corrective and preventive actions.
12.Customer scorecards and customer portals.
13. Accomplish other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
