• Asegurarse que todas las t-codes sean contabilizadas de acuerdo a las políticas de BW y GAAP de USA
• Responder en forma oportuna los requerimientos de auditoria – cumplimiento al SOX y elaboración de narrativas.
• Control de Inventario.
• Participación activa API
• Participación en conteos cíclicos
• Apoyo en Forecast.& Budget
• Asegurar la correcta contabilización de scrap.
• Costear y validar el BOM – “Bill de Materiales”
• Identificar variaciones al costo estándar de material
• Preparar el presupuesto anual de material
• Identificar y contabilizar E&O material
• Identificar y solicitar corregir inventarios negativos
• Elaboración Narrativas de SOX

• Seguimiento y Actualización del Nuevo Material
• Interactuar con ingeniería y compras para asegurar el Bill de materiales (BOM) y asegurar que este actualizado en SAP.
• Preparar el costeo y vistas de un nuevo material.
• Crear Cost Estimates (TSCE, DSCE).
• Marcar, y lanzar los Cost Estimates.
• Creación de Cost Collector y estimación de PREM.
• Corregir los Errores Estimados:
• Corrección de errores comunes con costos estimados.
• Bill de Materiales.
• Versión del Producto.
• Ruteo de Mano de Obra.
• Partes marcadas para su eliminación.
• Partes no costeadas.
• Errores de facturación.
• Cierre Mensual:
• Accrual para los Costing Factors.
• Gastos de Material
• Facturación bloqueada de COGS.
• Envíos vs Recibos de COGS accrual.
• Reconciliación Mensual de cuentas en CARS
