Job purpose

This position is responsible for analyzing and controling costs related to external logistics in order to present savings results in different areas, such as: External Warehouses, Packagins and Transports.

• Management of all BorgWarner external warehouses: Stocks checking, calculation of necessities, identify opportunities, operations management
• Control Inventories
• Active participation in the launch of new projects (Packaging study, transport quotations)
• ​Support the team with quotations in the launch of new projects
• Support with packaging study quotation for both suppliers and customers Participation in the study of transport opportunities (Air, Sea, Land)
• Management and analysis of data related to department costs (transport, packaging) and presentation of monthly results
• Analyze and present results in terms of monthly and annual transport costs for both transport and packaging
• Present proposals for improvements in operations
