The assignment requires efficient troubleshooting of production machines, dedication to top quality, competence in a high paced manufacturing environment and the drive to be a top performer. Knowledge on hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC is preferred. We offer excellent benefits with 13 paid holidays, paid vacation, paid discretionary time off and the opportunity for free health insurance. Shift schedule is 6pm-6am with a wage starting at $20.16 plus Employee incentive plan annual bonus.

  • Setup dies and process machinery, make adjustments to machinery using basic hand tools, and repair or replace worn or broken parts when and where necessary.
  • Perform changeovers, calibrate ATMs, re-teach servo operated automation, adjust hydraulic/pneumatic pressures, and adjust mini oilers.
  •  Responsible to produce parts that are of acceptable quality and at an acceptable rate.
  • Load Machines with parts, unload machines, inspect and pack completed parts.
  • Follow systems and procedures.
  •  Act and perform duties in a manner that is conducive to a professional, productive and team-oriented environment.
  • Position Requirements:

  • Ability to use gauges and measuring devices, statistical charting, and inspection/packing as needed.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are key elements to the position.
  • Demonstrate basic working knowledge of the principles of pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrate basic working knowledge of photo-eyes, proximity sensors, and LVDTs.
  • Conduct routine preventive and minor corrective maintenance at regular intervals on machinery to ensure continuous operation. 
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting aptitude to resolve machine and process problems as well as to detect possible breakdown conditions or process failures before actual equipment/process failures occur.
