General Description:

The SOCS Specialist is responsible for rolling forecast coordination between customers and internal operations, delivery, account checking, invoice management and so on.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales forecast and sales order management.
  • Monthly delivery plan coordination, timely communication with the sales and logistics solutions.
  • Monthly analyze schedule achievement and sales forecast accuracy.
  • Customers’ Warehouse receiving.
  • Capacity investigation, customers’ visit, customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Continuous improvement and optimization of daily work.
  • Account checking and invoice management.
  • Other duties as relevant to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • College graduate.
  • Three~ five years working experience in CS, purchasing, logistics, operations related.
  • Strong statistics and analytical skills, data sensitive.
  • Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill.

Key Competencies:

  • Good oral and written English skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
  • Customer focus and service oriented, Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good Excel & PPT skill
