BorgWarner Krakow Technical Center was established in 2022 with the goal of providing comprehensive support for the development of Power Electronics components for automotive vehicles. At the Krakow Technical Center, our main focus is on on-board chargers, DC/DC converters, battery management systems and traction inverters.
Our priority is to achieve project independence by 2026, and by that time we plan to employ 250 engineers - experts who are automotive enthusiasts. One of our goals is also to create an attractive offer for students and graduates by offering them training programs and career paths. We form our teams based on experts with domain knowledge, but equally important to us is the potential and willingness to deepen knowledge of electromobility.
As BorgWarner, we offer a unique opportunity to participate in the full cycle of automotive product development, from sourcing customer requirements, through software and hardware development to mass production, which is possible thanks to our production plant in Blonie.
