3D printing against COVID-19 in ETTS in Poland

The best initiative is an employee initiative and, in addition, combined with one of our beliefs "Responsibility" :)

One of our Material Laboratory Engineers started and coordinated activities to improve the safety of the local community during the Covid-19 pandemic. He planned the printing of face shields for the Provincial Emergency Ambulance Service. Thanks to the help of BorgWarner and his colleagues, 100 visors were printed on a 3D Printer in short time, followed by 170 special adapters, which help to transform diving and gas masks into special filter masks. Many thanks to our colleagues for showing their social responsibility with this great initiative. 

We are very happy that as a company we have made a small contribution to these activities and that there are people on our board who are dedicated to social responsibility issues.
