To recognize their job quality and creation efforts, the BorgWarner facility in Chungju received the prestigious Minister of Employment and Labor Award from the South Korean government. Since 2011, the facility has undertaken several initiatives to retain current employees, encourage innovation, develop high-performance employees and establish internships. The plant produces ignition coils, glow plugs and solenoids.
