Starter and Alternator Troubleshooting App

The Delco Remy Starter and Alternator App will guide you through the troubleshooting process for starters and alternators on commercial and off-highway vehicles.

To use this app, you must have an approved account. If you were not provided with a fleet access code for this app, then select the Request Access button. After you’ve requested access, you will receive an email with credentials once the request is approved.

The app will walk you step-by-step through the troubleshooting process for starters and alternators. Once you complete the steps, you will be able to receive an email with the results.

How to set the Delco Remy Starter and Alternator Troubleshooting App as shortcut on your smartphone or tablet

You can set the app up as a shortcut on your device like any app. This will allow you quick access to the troubleshooting tool with just one touch. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

  1. Click on the following button:  Open Troubleshooting app
  2. iPhone: Click the up arrow on the bottom of the screen
    Android: Click the three dots in the upper right
  3. A menu will pop-up, select “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Confirm the short cut by clicking “Add”
  5. The shortcut to the App is now on your device
