We are currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Sr. Analyst, M&A, at our Auburn Hills, MI World Headquarters.


  • Support M&A transactions including assisting with due diligence activity and related analysis
  • Research market, industry, company-specific trends and dynamics
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare business models using various valuation techniques (discounted cash flow analysis, public company multiples, transaction multiples)
  • Prepare material for executive team reviews and reports
  • Work both independently and in teams
  • Build a network of internal relationships with a broad cross-section of the organization, and leverage organizational knowledge, resources, and expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar is required
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus
  • 3+ years of professional experience with a preference in financial or M&A due diligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
  • The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and personal integrity

This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
