BorgWarner ETTS is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Program Management Intern at our Powertrain Technical Center (PTC), Auburn Hills MI.


  • Global APQP Tools and Processes.
  • Perform monthly Functional Review audits. 
  • Support Global Program Reviews.
  • Draft and distribute monthly and quarterly Program Review agendas.
  • Ensure participants have loaded appropriate documentation to SharePoint Online prior to the Program Reviews.
  • Prepare and consolidate Program Review presentations and Action Item files. 
  • Obtain monthly updates to the ET Program Dashboard.
  • Support and validate the monthly ETTS Program Launch Qlik data. 
  • Maintain the AR Tracker and weekly Lead Time charts. 
  • Assist with maintenance of onboarding material to keep screen shots current, etc.
  • Maintain Global Program Management distribution lists. 
  • Assist with maintenance of training material to keep screen shots current, etc.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum second or third year. (Operations Management, Business, or Engineering student preferred.) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization and Comprehension Skills.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word basics.
