HR Processes and Policies                                                        
a) deployment site HR processes and policies in line with country rules

b) main point of contact for managers and employees in case of any issues/non conformities                                                        
c) being expert on HR processes and policies to guide and coach all employees                                                        
Performance Management                                                        
a) taking a lead in performance management process in line with corporate rules                                                        
b) coaching managers and employees on the process, tools, roles and responsibilities                                                        
c) coaching and supporting managers in performance improvement process when needed                                                        
Talent Management  & Development                                                         
a) taking a lead in talent management process in line with corporate rules           b) coaching managers and employees on the process, tools, roles and responsibilities                                                        
c) coaching and supporting managers in creating development plan and cooperation with talent team to deliver needed solutions                                      
Change Management                                                        
a) driving change trough organization                                                        
b) coaching managers and employees on the process, tools, roles and responsibilities                                                        
c) coaching and supporting managers in team management through change process                                                        
Employees' matters                                                        
a) solving employees matters, being an escalation point in any employees' matters                                                        
b) taking lead in any "red flag" investigation (like bullying, code of conduct, conflict of interest, etc)                                                        
c) running stay and exit interviews                                                        
HR Operational Excellence                                                        
a) driving data quality in Workday                                                        
b) making sure HR policies and processes are lean and efficient                          
c) HR team collaboration (HR Operations, talent and development, recruitment, HSE)                                                        

Local managers have responsibility for correcting nonconforming product or processes (including stopping production if necessary) and for informing senior management promptly of such actions.                                                        

"Has the authority to stop shipment and stop production in case of product not meet the requirements. In case of safety related issues any employee is authorised to stop production.

On the global level process is described in a procedure about emerging issues escalation process for customer issues which stays relevant for Blonieplant."
