  • Direct contact with customers, acquiring their product requirements
  • Data analysis and selection of appropriate project for implementation
  • Preparation of offers for customers
  • Conducting price negotiations
  • Managing implementation projects:
  • Planning and scheduling of programs
  • Maintaining contract with the client
  • Creating and controlling project budgets and controlling their key KPIs ( EV, DOI, ROI)
  • Supervising the work of dedicated project teams and a group of project/ Program Managers
  • Supervision over the timely execution of tasks and the course of individual phases of projects
  • Reporting the progress of projects to the Plant Manager
  • Preventive action and risk in the project
  • Preparation of internal information on programs
  • Motivating team workers
  • Conflict management, coaching project members and Project Manager

            Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering or related discipline,
  • >10 years in related experience, including:
  • > 8 years of sales, product, manufacturing, or quality engineering with significant customer contact.
  • > 5 years of Program Management experience or equivalent experience
  • > 2 years of managerial experience including manufacturing engineering / quality
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience,
  • Strong program management skills in resource, task, team development
  • Drive for results
  • Fluent communication in English, speaking and writing
