Location 

Viana do Castelo, Portugal 

We are looking for an HR Curricular Intern to join our team!

As an HR Curricular Intern, your main activities will be:

  • Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and broader HR initiatives across Europe and Global Functions, gaining exposure to different areas of Human Resources.

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels, supporting the creation of talent pipelines and candidate shortlists.

  • Support candidate communication activities, including initial outreach, interview scheduling, follow-up communications, and maintenance of candidate records in HR systems.

  • Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment process, from vacancy posting to offer preparation and onboarding coordination.

  • Assist in the organization and execution of talent development initiatives, training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and data analyses to support HR projects and business decision-making.

  • Contribute to HR process improvements by helping identify opportunities to increase efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen compliance practices.

  • Support strategic HR projects related to talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee development.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders across different locations and functions, building an understanding of how HR supports business objectives in an international environment.

Education & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written)

  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)

  • Previous academic projects, extracurricular activities, or internships in TA, TD or other Human Resources areas are considered a plus
