The Board of Directors is elected by stockholders to represent the stockholders' interest in the long-term success of the Company. The Board serves as the ultimate decision-making body of the Company, except on those matters reserved for the stockholders. The Board selects and oversees the members of senior management, who are charged by the Board with conducting the business of the Company.
