We are looking for certified finance professional with financial reporting experience to join in Finance team in ETTS Chennai plant.

Key responsibilities – Required:

  • Own the entire gamut of financial reporting process which includes forecasting of financials and reporting of monthly actuals financial results. 
  • Drive the financial reporting process by interacting, collating, and reviewing with all departments for timely receipt of inputs and explanations and prepare monthly MIS for use by management and ensures conformity with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Lead and drive to achieve the Cash flow Conversion targets of the plant
  • Lead the Statutory, Internal, Tax and Transfer pricing audits and ensure seamless completion
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on the S-Ox / Internal controls compliance process by periodic review and update of the controls self-assessment (CSA) process
  • Own the BorgWarner Accounts Reconciliation process (via BART tool)
  • Key SAP user in terms of general ledger, inventory, and business critical reports. Explore opportunities to improve/ develop custom SAP reports to aid MIS to management.
  • Responsible for Costing (Standard costs roll up during year end, absorption costing monthly) – Product costing, Inventory valuation as per BW policies.
  • Assist the controller in creating new business quotation process by putting together the financials and the business case viability data.
  • Lead preparation Budget and Long-Range Plans by coordination with operations / other departments for collection of information
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting team in preparation of various management reports, reconciliation of various accounts, etc.

Desired Profile

  • Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-certification experience or a CMA with 8+ years  post-certification corporate experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive industry
  • Candidate with hands-on experience on dealing with stakeholders from diverse cultural, geographical and experience background.
  • Advanced proficiency and expertise in MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (Written & Oral)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical skills   

Education                 

  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
