Internship Microsoft 365

Summary
Our internship position will be mentored to support users of Microsoft Office 365 with a focus on Microsoft Exchange Online. The intern will work with the team to provide support for end user mailbox or other Microsoft 365 issues to enhance the employee experience and to optimize end user capabilities using M365 tools.

This position is a great opportunity to gain system management and end user support experience and grow knowledge of Microsoft 365 capabilities and associated tools and systems. Through practical field experience and mentoring, successful candidate will gain significant professional confidence.

Responsibilities

a) Microsoft exchange shared mailbox creation
b) Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook configuration issues
c) Triage Microsoft 365 related requests from end-user and route to responsible Engineer/Team
d) Day-to-day user questions and needs (as able)
e) Provide assistance for users with shared mailbox configuration.

Minimum Requirements

•    Competency in Microsoft 365
•    Basic understanding of Active Directory
•    Nice to have Powershell skills
•    Reliable and able to prioritize and work independently
•    Ability to learn and apply structured analysis and delivery methods
•    Problem solving, analytical and detail orientation
•    Fluent in English, verbal and written communication
•    Self- motivated
•    Enthusiastic
