Issue and receive stockroom parts to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Standard Duties:

  • Finding and retrieving parts electrically and physically.
  • Identifies, receives, tags, and stocks products.
  • Accurate and timely data entry into SAP.
  • Observes changes in demand (increases/decreases) and informs Buyer of incidents/trends.
  • Performs cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy.
  • Determine and monitor inventory levels and perform resolutions to correct imbalances.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills, and ability to handle multiple situations at one time.
  • Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Safety, Health and Physical Requirements:

  • Stand/Sit for long periods of time.
  • Lifting shoulder high up to35 lbs repetitively.
  • Stepping up and down off ladder and step stools.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Working in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Repetitive motion activities including but not limited to box cutting, standing, lifting, loading/unloading Shelves and Kardex vertical storage units.
  • All employees are responsible for knowing, understanding and complying with the safety policies and procedures.

Education:  High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
 

Experience:  Prior Manufacturing Stockroom Experience, preferred.

                        Prior SAP Software experience, preferred.
 

Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP Inventory software;
 Excel, Outlook, and Word software’s.
