1.    Accurate and timely completion of all Gauge and Machine / Capability Studies
2.    Programming / operating Zeiss & Mitutoyo CMM and Hommel Formline / Roundscan
3.    Product / tooling measurements using conventional instruments
4.    Effective Manufacturing process and product audits / reporting
5.    Non-conformance reporting in a clear and concise manner
6.    Quality response support to the shop floor (Machining / Assembly), including front end problem solving (Containment)
7.    Timely and accurate sample inspection 

Safety and Housekeeping

1.    The upholding of health and safety standards, including timely reaction to all health and safety issues

Risk Management

1.    The jobholder is responsible for working in compliance with BorgWarner’s policies and procedures to identify and record issues relating to the management of risk.
