Working Student HR (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• First-Point-of-Contact für Anfragen von Mitarbeitern vor Ort 
• Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
• Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen (z.B. für KITA oder Arbeitsagentur)
• Anlage von Personalakten und Dokumentenablage
• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen
• Unterstützung der Abteilung bei allgemeinen Office-Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

• Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
• Erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen durch Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika
• Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamplayer
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
