BorgWarner PowerDriveSystems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Instrumentalist at our SLP Plant in Mexico.

In this role, and under direct supervision of the Control Coordinator, the Instrumentalist will be primarily responsible for providing direct support to operations´ area.


  • Execute the planned activities for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery, equipment and facilities.
  • Execute repairs in electronic control system of machinery.
  • Update the technical information of the department.
  • Report problems and progress of implementation of maintenance programs.
  • Execute projects in coordination with other departments of continuous improvement in systems of operation of the equipment.


  • Engineering Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • PLC and CNC knowledge
  • Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electric Control.
