SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT

Lead and manage a team of account managers and sales supervisors to achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Provide clear quantitative objectives, guidelines and directions to team members to ensure proper execution of individual work, including product and pricing strategies.

Maintain regular contacts, joint sales visit with his/her sales team and networks with major key account customers to ensure excellent customer relationships.

Actively involving in key sales projects of his/her sales team to achieve high project closing rates.

Provide relevant sales/product training to his team as appropriate.

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Develop, implement and execute short-, mid- and long-term strategy for assigned markets, sales channels, customers and product assortment

Ensure operational sales, margin and profitability target achievement via active management of assigned value chains in Automotive and Paper/Print.

Main tasks include

1.Definition of core assortment, new product launch activities and implementation of respective sales strategies.

2.Specification and approval activities at local and international OEMs and tier 1 of engine manufacturing

3.Building co-operation partner network in paper/print industry and approval activities at key customers

4.Identification, preparation and penetration of future market segments for long-term business development and sustainable growth and profitability

5.Price setting and contract negotiations with key accounts

INTERNATIONAL NETWORKING

Actively participate and co-operate in regional and global market management meetings and regularly communicate and exchange business information with counterparts in other Asia Pacific countries, regions and headquarter to reach agreements on joint account and development projects

Provide input for regional and global strategic direction, product development, positioning and selling.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

Lead, encourage and coach sales personnel in achieving operational results. Responsible to assess individual work performance, identify training and development needs and work with relevant support functions to increase productivity and selling effectiveness of his/her team.

Frequently monitor organizational set-up, individual skills and knowledge of assigned against organizational requirements for company team and reorganize, recruit and train according to organizational needs.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT

Co-ordinate with his/her team to ensure timely collection of all customer Account Receivables in line with Company’s credit policies.

Provide regular and accurate reporting, information about progress on projects, competitor activities, market data and trends

Monitoring planned vs. actual developments and establishment of counter-measures in case of deficiencies

Provide input for finalization of Annual Business Plan by consolidating inputs from his/her sales team and own judgment.
