Facilities and Maintenance HVAC Engineer


The Facilities and Maintenance HVAC Engineer is directly responsible for the activities of the maintenance department relating to:-

Planned, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance/ TPM, co-ordination and planning, including external contractor support. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system support and implementation to all areas of Facilities and Maintenance. Support and development of XM02 SAP system to incorporate multiple service schedules. Implementation of paperless Service Schedules through SAP EAM. Review of key spares in development of Predictive maintenance plans on key area of the business. Working to set objectives and specifications towards meeting key performance indicators (KPI) in Quality, Cost and Delivery. New project implementation and equipment installation support. Equipment and Infrastructure condition appraisal, refurbishment and continuous improvement activity implementation of works Development of personal skill sets and capabilities Infrastructure and Equipment breakdown corrective actions and countermeasures through SAP EAM analysis and involvement of the Facilities and Maintenance Team

Key Duties:


Organise materials and processes for XM02/TPM to support the achievement of operational targets and schedules by ensuring equipment uptime and availability are maintained to/above agreed performance, this includes Facilities requirements. Weekly development of Multiple Service Schedules, TPM systems objective electronic documentation. Ensure  Preventative and Predictive maintenance inspections, issue report(s) actions are implemented through SAP EAM. Ensure that Maintenance Engineers, Service Engineers, Facilities Team Sub-Contractors work efficiently and adhere to PM, TPM schedules produced and procedures in order to meet Health & Safety, Performance, Cost  and Quality targets. Proactively follow up corrective actions from TPM, XM02 activity, XM01 logged with root cause analysis and permanent countermeasure activity and implement countermeasures to minimise potential reoccurrence of a repeat fault through SAP EAM. Works with Maintenance Manager/Team Leader to balance labour and other resources across the department in regards to TPM activity plans. Supports day to day Sub Contractor works with Facilities and Maintenance TPM Engineer. Provide flexible cover in the absence of Facilities and Maintenance PM Engineer.
