Key Accountabilities

  • Formulate and administer the company's compensation and benefits in accordance with business strategy, established global/local policies and regulations.
  • Establish and improve C&B system and risk identification.
  • Be responsible for the C&B operational initiatives, such as monthly payroll, social security, IIT, housing fund, work permit, Hukou application, etc.
  • Design and continuously optimize employee benefit programs, reward & recognition systems.
  • Generate the labor cost analysis and annual employment budgeting (Long-Range-Plan) to provide suggestions for workforce planning per business needs.
  • Be responsible for annual merit review and annual salary increase recommendation.
  • Coordinate with relative counterparts regarding the C&B guidelines and initiatives.
  • Collect and research market compensation and benefits practices to ensure the salary structure is correctly benchmarked and competitive in local market as well as the internal equity.
  • Provide professional counsel and expertise for management and HR team to support strategic HR decision.
  • Assist internal and external audits of payroll records, compensation data, tax filings and related documentation.
  • Periodical HR reporting, including hiring tracking, headcount forecast, turnover analysis, employee master file, and HR systems, etc.
  • Support employee’s performance management to ensure the practices are effective and aligned individual performance with critical business goals.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs and projects assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in HR Management, Psychology and/or or other related majors.
  • At least 3/5 years working experience in C&B function in MNCs, auto industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of China Labor Law and employment related procedure and process.
  • Be familiar with compensation design and survey methods and processes.
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Proactive and result-oriented.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin skills.
