Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1.    Pay-roll system maintenance; Monthly payroll accounting
2.    Annual salary adjustment & bonus calculation
3.    Monthly HC requirement forecast & Labor Cost accounting
4.    LRP forecast
5.    KPI calculation & Attendance Management
6.    Employee benefit operation 
7.    Employee caring activities
8.    Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentations can be reached in TMS system and individual job description
Requirements/Qualifications:
1.    Bachelor degree or above;Major in HRM/psychology/law or related 
2.    2+ years work experience in HRM
3.    Fluent in English
excellent verbal and written communication skills
